I disagree. They share their life experience and lead you to explore your own life, from that you learn from them about human behavior and how you find yourself suit into the society. A leader who keep show his/her visions or passions but it doesn't relate to the team members, it means nothing at all.
just like a boat in the sea, you only see ocean around you , but the map dat the captain holding tell them to keep going forward towards the destination
In our life there are too much things that will let people feel uncertain or like crossroad, if a leader do not share his vision, there will be too much opinion and discussions dat will barrier to work out, and they the team will be give up very easily because no matter how they keep forward, they only see ocean but not the further new land far in front of them.
